Returns Policy

Online Orders & Returns / Refunds

Orders may be cancelled by email at least 24 hours before your order is scheduled for the dispatch. Late cancellations may result in us inadvertently shipping your order. If such a situation occurs you will be held responsible for both the cost of goods and shipment.

If your order has been dispatched you must return the goods to us at your expense before any refund is issued. The goods must be in a new and unopened condition. The products must be returned in the same or similar packaging. The goods are your responsibility until they are delivered to us. When we receive the products and determine that they are in good condition, we will then issue you a refund excluding the cost of shipment.

If goods returned have been damaged or become defective in some way a refund will not be issued or only partially issued. We will notify you of the situation and you may have the option of having the items sent back to you at your expense.

The right to return does not apply to perishable or semi-perishable goods after they have been dispatched. This means that you can not return any perishable or semi-perishable goods purchased on our website. This is due to the fact that perishables may be contaminated or cannot be sent back to us properly packed to keep fresh and semi-perishable goods may get spoiled while in return transit. Non perishable goods returned will attract a 20% restocking fee.

Once an order including perishable or semi-perishable goods leave our premises (picked by a carrier from our store) we become not liable or responsible for those goods. We will not be held responsible if the goods get damaged, lost or spoiled in transit. Perishable and semi-perishable goods are not covered by insurance and no claim can be lodged for spoiled or damaged perishable or semi-perishable products. By ordering perishable and semi-perishable goods at our website you should assume all risks and responsibilities associated with it.

If you received an incorrect or defective item we will issue you a shopping credit for that incorrect or defective item. However, we cannot be responsible for the taste quality of the product as soon as it is within the expiry date range. We do not accept any claims for change of mind either.

You must contact us within 24 hours after delivery for incorrect or defective goods. We will make arrangements with our carrier to pick up the defective or incorrect goods at our expense. No claims are honoured after a 24 hours period from receiving the goods. We determine the time of receiving goods as time recorded by our carrier on its tracking page.

Claims for Broken or Damaged Items in Your Order

If you recieve your order from us via our carrier, and the contents of your order arrive broken or damaged you must contact us with ny relevant information within 24 hours of receiving your order. If you wish to make a claim for loss, you must provide evidence in the form of photos of your damaged order or items. And a description of the damage. You should contact us via email (email us from our contact page here) and we will reply within 48 hours.

Our Carrier & Delivery Attempts

Our carrier will attempt to deliver your order in person. However, to protect your purchase if no one is able to accept the order at the address you provide in your order, our carrier may leave the parcel at a local pick up point where you can pick it up within 5 days at your convenience.  If the parcel has been sent to a local pick up point, you will receive notice, usually via email, advising of the exact location and details for you to pick up your parcel. If you do not pick up your parcel within the specified period, the parcel may be returned to us. In this event, our carrier will charge us for the delivery so we are unable to refund any delivery charges. After we receive the parcel we will hold it for another 7 days. You can contact us to redeliver the parcel to you at your cost, or pick it up by arrangement from our office. If you choose not to do this within 7 days after we receive your returned parcel, and if the parcel contains foods or perishable goods, the parcel will be destroyed. If the parcel(s) is lost as a result of your failure to accept delivery and pick up your parcel from your local pick up point within the nominated 7 day period,  you may be liable for any loss.
