Penny is the President of the Illawarra Beekeepers and has helped run training courses and a very successful school holiday program “Bees and Pollinators” for 8 to 12 year old childern. Penny is currently participating in the Certificate 3 in beekeeping to expand her knowledge. For the last three weeks, Penny has been presenting, bees, insects and pollination to 1200 school aged children with the Royal Agricultural Society. She loves to share her knowledge and is forever trying new bee related activities.
This video was made possible because of the generosity and willingness of the presenter, to share knowledge and expertise. And also with the assistance in the form of a subsidy from the Amateur Beekeepers Association of NSW. Thanks to all in the ABA and others involved in this project who supported it’s release.
