For some time now, I have been jotting down notes as I open my bee hives. The problem was it really followed no format that was standardized well enough that I could rely on them in the future to quickly compare and analyze the hive at the time of the inspection compared the hive’s current condition when I next inspected it. So, the idea was to list a few points that later become more points. I use this with some success and find it’s useful to also remind me what I should be doing when inspecting the hives. After sharing it with a few fellow beekeepers I was asked if I could make a copy for them available so here it is.
If you feel you can use it please do and I would really appreciate feedback with what I can maybe change or add to the form. Thanks
